What kind of camera do you use?

The main camera I use is the Canon R5 paired with the 85mm 1.8. For backup, I always have my reliable Canon RP in my bag for possible unforeseen circumstances.

What type of services do you offer?

I specialize in portrait photography including headshots, branding, family, maternity, graduation, couples, and creative editorial sessions. I also offer event coverage and limited-time mini sessions.

Where do you shoot at? Do you travel? If so, is there a fee?

I shoot mainly in Houston and the surrounding areas. I am also equipped to service you at onsite locations such as your home, outdoors, public locations, etc. There will be a $50 travel fee for locations 10 miles out from the 77511 area. During our consultation we will discuss location ideas that will suit your needs. After the consultation, I will send you a pdf of my location hotspots for you to choose or gain inspiration from.

How will I receive my photos?

You will receive a link to your digital gallery when your photos are ready for delivery. You will be able to download the images in high resolution straight to your phone or computer. The digital gallery is user friendly and can easily be shared with your family and friends!

Are there any additional fees I should be aware of??

There will be a $50 travel fee for locations that are 10 miles out of 77511.
Retouching services are $25 per image.
For studio sessions, the fee ranges from $75-$120 an hour.
Rush service is $200 for 24 hour delivery turnaround.

Do you offer any discounts or packages?

Yes, I offer custom packages, special discounts, holiday promotions, and offer a referral program. Please contact me directly for more information on a custom package deal.

When will my photos be ready?

Generally, the photos may take seven to ten days to be delivered. The time frame may vary depending on the type of package you book.

What do I or my family wear for the shoot?

This is a great question that I enjoy diving into! Short answer is, it depends on the aesthetic you are going for and the type of occasion you may be celebrating. Most importantly, you need to wear an outfit that you feel beautiful, powerful, and confident in whether its just a shirt and jeans or an elegant gown! When you book a 15 minute consultation with me, you will be given the opportunity to tell me a little bit about your vision so I can help brainstorm outfit ideas!

Do I have to pay a retainer? How do I pay you?

Yes. All services offered will require a $100 non-refundable retainer fee at your point of booking to officially save your desired date and time requested. After the retainer fee has been met, you will receive an invoice receipt of the remaining balance due. You must pay the remaining balance in full on the day of the shoot. Payments must be fully paid before photos are released. Payments can be made using debit/credit cards, cash, or ACH.

What if life happens and I need to cancel or reschedule due to the weather or any inconvenience?

Life happens. You will be granted a one time complimentary reschedule with no extra retainer fee required only if rescheduled within three months. If you needed to reschedule a second time, another nonrefundable retainer fee will be required to lock in the new date and time.

Rescheduling is subject to the photographer’s availability.

You will be charged a $150 nonrefundable fee for no-show appointments. Communication is key.

Can I bring someone for my solo session?

Of course! Bring a friend along so they can be your hype person or just simply provide support!

Can I bring props or pets?

Absolutely! Props, pets, and meaningful items can add a personal touch. Please let me know in advance so I can prepare accordingly.

Do you help with posing and locations?

100%. I guide you through flattering poses and expressions, and I’ll also suggest beautiful or fitting locations depending on your session type.

Do you keep backups of my photos?

Yes, I keep backups for a limited time after delivery. I recommend downloading and saving your images right away in multiple places. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to download and securely store all final images delivered by the Photographer. I will provide access to a digital gallery for you to view and download images. This gallery will remain active for a period of one (1) year from the delivery date. I will retain a backup of the final edited images for one (1) year from the delivery date as a courtesy. After this period, I reserve the right to permanently delete all files and archives associated with the session. Due to the cost of digital storage, the online gallery will be deactivated and access will no longer be available after one year.

You will be strongly encouraged to download and back up your images upon delivery, as I will not responsible for lost or deleted files after the archival period has expired.

Terms and Conditions

Policy

I am not responsible for a subjects physical appearance including hairstyles, facial hair, body hair, birthmarks, bruises, scratches, blemishes, makeup, body image, perspiration, tattoos, jewelry, eye glasses, or wardrobe issues. However, photo retouching is an optional service that the client can request.
The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or access for shooting at certain locations.
Events: It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all individuals who wish to be photographed are made aware of the photographer's presence and are available and willing to be photographed. The client agrees to facilitate cooperation between the photographer and guests at the Event to ensure all desired photographs are captured. The client shall inform the photographer of any specific group or individual shots that are required, understanding that the photographer will make reasonable efforts to capture them. The client understands that the photographer will not be responsible for missed photographs due to a lack of cooperation from attendees, last-minute schedule changes, or any other factors outside the photographer's control.
The Client is solely responsible for informing all participants (including family members, guests, or other involved parties) of the scheduled photography session details, including the time, date, and location. It is expected that all individuals who are to be photographed are made aware of the session and are prepared to participate in a timely and cooperative manner.

Booking and Payments

A $100 retainer is required to secure the date and time requested by the client. Special promotions or seasonal "Mini Sessions" will require a $50 retainer fee. All retainer fee's are credited towards the full balance of the photoshoot. All retainers are non-refundable.
Date and time can not be held without a signed agreement.
Payment methods accepted are debit/credit card, zelle, cash, or ACH.
Digital galleries are only delivered to the client after all payments have been paid in full. Houston sales tax (8.25%) is collected on all services sold.
Date and time availability is on a first come-first serve basis.
Studio fee ranges from $75-$120 an hour.
The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the session. Digital galleries are only delivered to the client after all payments have been paid in full.

Tardiness

The clients photo session begins at their scheduled time, regardless if they arrive late.
If the client is more than 30 minutes late, the retainer and travel fee will be forfeited and the photographer reserves the right to cancel the session.

Rescheduling/Cancellations

Life happens. The client will be granted a one time complimentary reschedule with no extra retainer fee required only if rescheduled within three months. If the client needed to reschedule a second time, another nonrefundable retainer fee will be required to lock in the new date and time.
Should the Client cancel the booking, the deposit will be non-refundable. If the Client needs to reschedule the event, the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date.
Rescheduling is subject to the Photographer’s availability, and a new contract and payment schedule may be required.
The clients initial deposit will go towards the new rescheduled session.
The client will be charged a $150 nonrefundable fee for no-show appointments. Communication is key.

Refund

All sales are final. No refunds/returns/exchanges will be made for any services, travel fee, digital images, or retainer.
Refunds/Returns/Exchanges will also not be granted due to a client not "liking" an image or any other issue.

Image Deliverables

Format: High resolution edited JPEG files
Delivery Method: A private online digital gallery via link
Photo Style: Client will receive colored images
Quantity: The quantity of images the client will receives varies based on the package duration booked.
Delivery Timeframe: Timeframe may vary from four to seven days depending on the type of package the client books.

Force Majeure

The Photographer will not be liable for failure to perform services due to causes beyond their control such as, inappropriate behaviors, uncooperativeness, safety hazards, including but not limited to weather, strikes, accidents, or natural disasters.
The Photographer is not responsible for delays, missed shots, or suboptimal images resulting from uncooperative, unprepared, or absent individuals. For the session to proceed smoothly and yield the best possible results, the Client agrees to coordinate and manage participants as needed.
In the unlikely event that the Photographer is unable to attend the wedding due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, the Photographer will attempt to arrange a qualified substitute photographer. If no substitute is available, the Photographer will refund all payments made by the client.
